• 1st Level of Certification in Six Sigma

• For non-management employees in an organization

• 1st level employees close to process or product (technicians, drivers, etc.)

• Service based or manufacturing industries

• 2-hour virtual course that covers an intro to Lean Six Sigma

• Must pass 25 question online exam with 70% correct

• Cost is $ per person (minimum 6 people per cohort) (*call for more information)

 

  Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt 

• 2nd Level of Certification in Six Sigma

• For management employees in an organization

• Employees that will serve as a team member on Six Sigma projects

• Supervisors, Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, Data Collectors

• Serviced based or manufacturing industries

• 6-hour virtual or face to face that covers an intro to Lean Six Sigma

• Learn quality control and process improvement skills and mindset

• Must pass 25 question exam with 70% correct

  Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt 

• Leaders of the organization that will champion Lean Six Sigma projects

• Middle or upper management in an organization

• Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents

• Serviced based or manufacturing industries

• 6-hour virtual or face to face that covers an intro to Lean Six Sigma

• Learn to remove roadblocks and drive projects

• Reports back to senior leadership on project progress

  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt 

• 3rd Level of Certification in Six Sigma

• For those leading smaller Lean Six Sigma projects

• Or for those who will be a team member on Black Belt projects

• Supervisors, Engineers, Project Managers, Quality Specialists, etc.

• Serviced based or manufacturing industries

• 18 hours virtual or face to face

• Must pass 50 question exam with 70% correct

• Includes project coaching towards certification

  Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

• 4th level of certification in Six Sigma

• Learn to mentor Green Belts and lead large Six Sigma projects

• Green Belts, Engineers, Project Managers, Quality/Data Specialists, etc.

• Serviced based or manufacturing industries

• 40 hours of virtual or face to face training

• Must complete 1 Six Sigma project as BB plus 1 as a previous GB

• Must pass 100 question exam with 70% correct

• Cost is $ per person (minimum 4 per cohort)

  Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt

• Highest level of certification in Six Sigma

• Learn to coach Black Belts and lead a Six-Sigma program

• Black Belts

• Serviced based or manufacturing industries

• 35-hour virtual course online 24/7/365

• Must coach 3 projects as lead Master Black Belt

• Must coach 3 Lean Activities

• Must pass 50 question exam with 70% correct

• Comes with up to 52 weeks of coaching throughout the capstone project

 

Lean Fundamentals

• 1st Level of Certification in Lean

• For all employees in an organization

• Employees that can lead their own lean activities

• 6-hour virtual or face to face that covers an intro to Lean and its activities

• Learn the lean mindset and how to perform the 7 different lean activities
